How accurate is the transcription?
We use Whisper large-v3-turbo via Groq — one of the most accurate speech-to-text models available. Accuracy depends on audio quality, but typically exceeds 95% on clear recordings.
Is my audio stored on your servers?
No. Audio files are deleted immediately after transcription is complete. We never store your recordings.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Creem.io is the merchant of record for all TataText transactions — they automatically issue a VAT-compliant receipt and invoice for every payment. You can use it directly for business expense claims.
