Do credits expire?
Your monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over.
What file formats are supported?
All common audio and video formats: MP3, MP4, M4A, WAV, OGG, FLAC, WEBM, MOV, AVI, MKV, and more.
How accurate is the transcription?
We use Whisper large-v3-turbo via Groq — one of the most accurate speech-to-text models available. Accuracy depends on audio quality, but typically exceeds 95% on clear recordings.
Is my audio stored on your servers?
No. Audio files are deleted immediately after transcription is complete. We never store your recordings.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, which automatically issues a receipt for every payment. You can use it directly for business expense claims.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can upgrade your plan at any time for more monthly credits. Your existing transcriptions and results are always accessible.
